How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the service at any time via the billing panel in the application. Plans terminated before the start date of the billing cycle will not be renewed automatically nor will we remove the account until its status has been confirmed. Even if a plan is cancelled, the services will remain available to you for the remaining days in your plan. Note that cancellation of other third party eCommerce platforms (ie. Shopify) does not automatically cancel your subscription with Pickzen. You must be do so manually or by contacting Pickzen directly.
