By signing up for Pickzen services you are agreeing to the following terms and
conditions. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or entity, this entity
may have a separate agreement with us, but you are individually bound by this
agreement. We may update and modify our terms and conditions every so often, and
by continuing with our services you are agreeing to the modifications.
Pickzen is a cloud-based service used in online shops. We are not affiliated with any
other companies (ie Shopify). The intended design is to help customers increase
sales, leads, and retention, but the customer remains primarily responsible for how
our services are used to achieve goals and results.
If requested by the customer, Pickzen may provide extra assistance. If needed, the
customer must allow Pickzen access to certain information in order to assist with
editing quizzes, templates, and marketing campaigns.
You are solely responsible for the content, links, data, and other material you
display through our service on your online store. You may not use our services for
illegal purposes and agree to comply with all laws and regulations regarding privacy
and personal data. If we find you are using our services in an unlawful or offensive
manner, we have the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.
Our subscription fees are displayed on our price list. The service is subject to a
monthly fee and is non-refundable during the corresponding billing period once
the service is initiated. A receipt with charges will be emailed to the address provided
by the customer.
You can terminate the service at any time via the billing panel in the application.
Plans terminated before the start date of the billing cycle will not be renewed automatically
nor will we remove the account until its status has been confirmed. Note that
cancellation of other third party eCommerce platforms (ie Shopify) does not
automatically cancel your subscription with Pickzen and you must do so manually or
by contacting Pickzen directly.
